Final Adventures in Texas (a little outdated I know!)

Well, what do you know, it's been more than two months since I've written a blog post!  I knew that would happen once we got back to Utah, because somehow life is so busy here!  But I did enjoy blogging in Texas and recording things we've done as a family, so my goal is to keep it up! Plus I've had a few family members ask me when I'm going to blog again, so this is for you!   

I'm going to start where we left off, which is when we were still in Texas the beginning of August.  The last couple weeks of our internship went slow because we were anxious to come home and see family.  But we filled our time with a few final Texas things:

Eating 3 gallons of our favorite BlueBell Icrecream because they don't sell it in Utah!

Visited the Natural History Museum which was built in 1936! Oldest Museum we've ever been to!

Almost got eaten by a big Grizzly Bear! Luckily he was 76 years old so we were able to outrun him!

Of course we got a dozen donuts from Max's one last time! These alone are worth moving back to Texas for. :)

Our friends bought a lot of our furniture so we got to see them the Saturday morning we moved out. Margie was glad to get rid of her 28 yr. old mattress since ours had only been used for 2 months!
